1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may request a cancellation of your order under the following condition:

  • Your order can be canceled only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility in Siwan, Bihar.
  • Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled.

2. Return Policy

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food products once they have been delivered. This policy ensures that all products you receive from us are fresh and have been handled with the highest standards of hygiene.


3. Refund & Replacement Policy

We are committed to ensuring that you receive our products in the best condition. A refund or a free replacement will be considered only in the following specific cases:

  • You received an item that was significantly damaged during transit, rendering it unusable.
  • You received a completely different item from what you ordered.

How to Initiate a Claim for a Refund or Replacement

To make a claim under our Biharkaswaad Refund Policy, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 24 Hours: You must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any claims made after this period will not be eligible.
