- All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Siwan, Bihar, within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
- You will receive another notification via email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped.

We partner with reliable national courier services like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, and others to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS from us with your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Your satisfaction and the quality of our products are our top priorities.
- If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with, opened, or damaged, please DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery.

6. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Biharkaswaad is not responsible for non-delivery or delays if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it at an additional shipping cost to the customer.
