3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Area: We currently ship to addresses within the Republic of India.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, you must not accept the delivery. Please contact our customer support immediately.
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not liable for any loss or delay due to an incorrect address.
4. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
This policy is crucial due to the perishable nature of our food products.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.
- Returns: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food products.
- Refunds & Replacements: A refund or replacement will only be considered under the following conditions:
- You received a completely different item from what you ordered.
- The item was received in a damaged or unusable condition.
